Aikido Del Mar Branches
Aikido Del Mar is a nonprofit dedicated to sharing the practice of Yoshinkan Aikido to the San Diego community. We focus on the mind body connection for self defense. Aikido is a unique martial art that relies on redirecting an attacker's aggression rather than brute force. With proper mental and physical training a practitioner can quickly neutralize an attack while minimizing bodily harm.
